At Transition Martial Arts we endeavour to help all students build self esteem, develop self confidence and become more assertive.
Attending class on a regular basis at least once a week will help with coordination, concentration, discipline and respect.
Classes will also increase your fitness level while having fun and meeting new people is a safe environment.
Classes can typically include:
- Stretching and warm up
- Pad work
- Partner training
- Kata/form work
- Technique and skill development (where you are grouped together with students of same belt/rank)
- Cardio fitness
As you progress in your training more techniques will be added to your class program
